• URLs: The original URLs you provide to generate shortened links.
• Deletion Keys: Unique endpoints created for each shortened link to allow deletion by the user.
• IP Addresses: The IP address used when the link is created ("Created IP") and the most recent IP address used to visit the shortened link ("Last Visit IP").
• Click Data: The number of clicks a shortened link has received.
• Metadata: Technical data such as browser type and access timestamps, which may be automatically collected for security and operational purposes.

We do not collect or store any personal information unless explicitly provided by you.

2. How We Use the Information

We use the collected information to:

• Generate and manage shortened URLs and deletion keys.
• Enable you to delete shortened links via the deletion endpoint.
• Automatically remove expired links from our database after 60 days.
• Monitor and analyze usage data (e.g., clicks, IPs) for security and operational purposes.
• Improve the functionality, security, and user experience of the Service.

3. Administrator Access to Data

Administrators of the Service have the right to:

• View: The shortened link, the original URL, the deletion key, the number of clicks, the Created IP, and the Last Visit IP for operational or security purposes.
• Modify: Update or correct the original URL or the shortened link if necessary.
• Delete: Manually remove any shortened links and their associated data from the database.

These actions are taken in accordance with maintaining the integrity, functionality, and security of the Service.

4. Data Retention

• All shortened links and their associated data are stored for a maximum of 60 days from the date of creation. After 60 days, the data is automatically and permanently deleted.
• Shortened links can also be manually deleted by accessing the unique deletion key endpoint provided at the time of link creation.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except in the following circumstances:

• To comply with legal obligations, such as responding to lawful requests from law enforcement or government authorities.
• To enforce our Terms of Service or protect our rights.

6. Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
